SUMMARY

We are seeking a detail-oriented, diligent, and proactive Payroll Technician to join our finance team. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting end-to-end payroll activities within our dynamic, quick-paced global setting. Additional responsibilities will include some accounting tasks, notably journal entries and general ledger reconciliations. This position offers excellent potential for skilled growth and is ideal for a candidate looking to expand their international payroll expertise and accounting expertise.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate and process European and Indian payrolls;
Manage day-to-day payroll operations and resolve employee inquiries;
Manage and monitor employee time & attendance (ADP & Excelity);
Other Payroll Related Tasks (insurance, pension,



etc.);
Review and verify employee expense reports (Concur & Appzen);
Participate in the annual audit by preparing necessary documentation and reports;
Other accounting related tasks

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
5 years of relevant experience
Knowledge of ADP and Excelity is an advantage
Knowledge of ERP (SAP), MS Office/G-Suit tools, Concur is an advantage
Ability to handle highly sensitive information with the absolute highest level of discretion
Attention to Detail
Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills
