Role & responsibilities

1) To develop systems and procedures in the company so as to build a proper contract management with job workers

2)Expedite the timely production from job worker sites

3) Ensuring dailing reporting of out sourcing performance

4)Implementing cost reduction and efficiency improvement initiatives at job worker sites

5) Implement concepts of Process Safety and work place safety at Job workering sites to avoide acciednt and to ensure sustainable operations

6)Motivate and guide job workers for adopting IMS and improving compliances so that job working site is sustainable.

7) Ensure reconciliation of accont and billing from the job worker

8) Co-ordinating with Unit head, R&D; head, quality head and Purchase head on effective management of job working.

KPI

1)Searching and suggesting current vendors for job work

2)



Collaborating with site leadership to ensure avaialbility of outsourced product OTIF.

3)Helping in Bi product disposal

4)Account reconciliation of all job workers time to time.

5)Drafting of current contracts in consultation with relevant DOA (delegation of authority matrices)

6) No loss of bussiness due to failure at Job working vendor. Timely escalation and solution provisioning

7) Contamination prevention at Job worker site
