Role Summary

The CSD Manager will be responsible for end-to-end customer service, project documentation, commercial compliance, ERP execution, and cross-functional coordination. The role ensures projects are executed as per Purchase Order (PO), approved timelines, cost targets, and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Ensure project execution strictly as per approved PO, BOQ, and Job Confirmation (JC).
Maintain strict cost adherence as per approved NVA.
Manage complete project documentation, including Daily DPRs, ensuring timely submission to customers.
Coordinate submission and approval of GA Drawings, Shop Drawings, Anchor Bolt (AB) Drawings, and Reaction Data.
Ensure all customer communication is conducted through official email with proper documentation.
Track project timelines and coordinate with internal departments for on-time execution.
Obtain required approvals from Department Heads and MD for commercial deviations and Job Confirmations.
Ensure all project activities, including material indents, are processed through the ERP system.




Coordinate with Sales, Design, Planning, Procurement, Production, Quality, Dispatch, and Finance to ensure seamless project execution.

Qualifications Experience
Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical or Civil Engineering (MBA preferred).
10 12 years of experience in Customer Service, Project Coordination.
Minimum 5 years of experience in the PEB industry.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems and project documentation.
