Amirii Ventures is a Bengaluru-based real estate developer creating premium plotted communities, villa plots and managed farmland in high-growth corridors around the city. We generate a strong flow of enquiries, and we are looking for a sharp PreSales Executive who can call, qualify and convert those enquiries into confirmed site visits and closures.
Role & responsibilities:
Cold calling and follow-up calling on new and existing leads to generate interest in our plotted projects.
Qualify inbound and outbound leads, understand the buyer's requirement and budget, and pitch the right project.
Initiate and schedule site visits, coordinate with the sales team, and ensure maximum site-visit turnout.
Maintain a disciplined follow-up cadence so that no lead goes cold; keep the CRM clean and updated.
Handle objections confidently and push leads towards closure.
Achieve monthly targets for calls, site visits booked and conversions.
Preferred candidate profile:
3+ years of experience in real estate presales / telecalling / inside sales.
Solid cold calling and lead conversion skills with a proven track record of booking site visits.
Excellent communication and convincing skills; confident and transparent on the phone.
Languages: English, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu and Kannada (multilingual candidates strongly preferred).
Valuable at closing leads and following up persistently without giving up.
Comfortable working from our office in Yelahanka, Bengaluru; available to join immediately.
