Key Responsibilities
Implement and monitor project EHS management systems as per statutory and L&T; standards.
Ensure compliance with Factory Act, OSHA guidelines, and applicable EHS regulations.
Conduct risk assessments, HIRA/JSA, safety audits, and site inspections.
Drive safety culture through toolbox talks, safety trainings, and awareness programs.
Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions; implement corrective actions.
Monitor contractor safety performance and ensure compliance with permit-to-work systems.
Manage emergency preparedness, firefighting systems, and evacuation drills.
Ensure secure execution of heavy lifting, working at height, electrical works, confined space activities,
and civil construction works.
Maintain EHS documentation, statutory records, and regulatory compliance reports.
Coordinate with project management, clients, contractors, and government authorities on EHS
