Do Fit/Gap analysis between existing systems and target setting.
Prepare Technical approach, plan, and team structure for implementation
RCA and RCF for application Issues.
Create Architecture/ Design artefacts and carry out Development
Closely work with the development and support team in trouble shooting, requirement gathering and design finalization
