Key Responsibilities
Assist in day to day procurement activities including RFQs, purchase orders, and follow-ups with vendors
Support sourcing activities for IT equipment PMT gifts novelties and outsourced trading items
Coordinate with vendors for quotations, order confirmations, dispatch schedules and deliveries
Maintain procurement-related documentation such as POs, invoices, GRNs and comparative statements
Ensure timely availability of materials by tracking orders and coordinating with internal teams
Prepare and update MIS reports related to procurement, vendor performance and cost tracking
Support the DM in vendor evaluation, negotiations and commercial discussions as required
Ensure compliance with company policies and commercial procedures
