We are hiring a Senior Academic Counsellor for our MG Road, Bengaluru office. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in academic counselling, along with strong knowledge of UG/PG admissions, entrance exams and counselling processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students and parents on suitable academic programs and career paths
Guide prospective students through the admissions process end-to-end
Maintain accurate and updated records in the CRM system
Achieve individual and team admission targets
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of counsellors to ensure performance goals are met
Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of experience in academic counselling or a related field
Sound understanding of UG/PG admission processes and entrance exams
Solid communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
Proficiency in regional languages such as Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Assamese, or Bengali in addition to English will be preferred
Work Schedule:
Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Sunday fixed off
Compensation:
Salary: 40,000 to 45,000 per month
