PAN INDIA 6+ years of experience in a modern PMO, or consulting role within a dynamic IT or business transformation environment.
o Demonstrated experience with a mix of project methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and hybrid models.
o Prior work experience and domain knowledge in the insurance industry
Language proficiency:
o English - A high degree of fluency is essential for all verbal and written communication
o Japanese - Minimum requirement of Japanese language proficiency at the JLPT (Japanese Language Proficiency Test) N2 level or higher
Strategic Technical Skills:
o Data Fluency: Robust proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel) to create compelling, insight-driven reports.
o Modern PM Tools: Expertise in Agile project management software (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps) with a proven ability to build dashboards that increase transparency and drive decisions.
o Value-Driven Mindset: Experience enabling teams by leveraging flow metrics, Objective Key Results (OKRs), and value-based KPIs.
o Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of budget, forecasting,



and resource capacity management to inform strategic investment decisions.
o Technical Literacy: Solid understanding of contemporary technology landscapes, including CI/CD processes, release management strategies (e.g., A/B testing, Canary), and version control systems.
o Exceptional Communication: Ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely, and tell a compelling story with data.
o Problem-Solving: Superior analytical and critical thinking skills to navigate ambiguity and solve complex challenges.
o Influence Collaboration: Proven ability to act as a trusted advisor, building relationships and influencing effectively across all levels of an organization.
o Integrity: Exemplary judgment in handling sensitive and confidential information.
