KRA & ROLE:-
To appear & handle all kind of For & against cases.
This role involves tasks like litigation management.
Drafting & legal documents
Ensuring compliance, giving litigation & non-litigation support to banking, collection, Recovery team & business.
Working on laws/ handling cases related to
Sec. 138 NI Act & sec. 25 PASA Act,
Arbitration & Conciliation Act.
Consumer, Civil & Criminal cases & disputes.
Banking laws like RDDBFI ACT
SARFAESI ACT
Insolvency & bankruptcy code 2016 etc.
Other requirements: Multi-Tasking Valuable Personality, excellent communication skills, energetic and versatile,
Excellent analysis and execution of legal Strategies.
Robust sense of Integrity & ownership
Computer literacy (Microsoft word/excel etc.)

Eligibility; Minimum Bachelors degree in Law (LL.B),
Post qualification Work Experience in Legal Role: Between 3yrs to 5 yrs.
