We are known for rapid turnaround, premium finishing, and ethical, sustainable production and we are currently scaling, including the launch of a second manufacturing unit later this year.

Role Summary

We are looking for a Senior Merchant to independently manage the full order lifecycle from costing and sampling through production and shipment for a portfolio of international buyers across the US, UK, EU, and other countries globally.

Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end order execution for assigned buyer accounts from tech pack review and costing through sampling, bulk production, and shipment.
Act as the primary point of contact for international buyers, managing day-to-day communication on costing, timelines, and approvals.
Prepare and negotiate cost sheets in coordination with sourcing, sampling, and production teams.
Coordinate fabric and trim sourcing with vendors to meet buyer specifications and lead times.




Track critical path / TNA calendars and proactively flag delays to buyers and internal teams.
Liaise with production, quality, and planning to ensure on-time delivery within committed lead times.
Review and approve fit samples, PP samples, lab dips, and strike-offs against buyer approvals.
Ensure orders meet buyer-specific compliance requirements (Sedex/SMETA, GOTS, GRS, OCS/RCS, BCI as applicable).
Maintain accurate, up-to-date order status in internal tracking systems.

Role Requirements
58 years' experience as a Merchant/Merchandiser in a garment export house, ideally in women's wear or kidswear.
Proven track record handling international buyers directly (US/UK/EU preferred).
Robust grasp of costing, sourcing, and production processes across woven and knit garments.
Working knowledge of compliance/certification requirements (Sedex, GOTS, GRS, BCI etc)
Excellent written and verbal English communication.
Solid MS Excel skills; ERP exposure preferred.
Comfortable managing multiple buyers and peak-season pressure.
