Roles & Responsibilities:
Design and develop automated valve assembly General Arrangement Drawings (GADs), fabrication drawings, and manufacturing documentation.
Create detailed 2D/3D CAD models, assemblies, and engineering drawings using SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
Prepare pneumatic, hydraulic schematics, and wiring diagrams for valve automation packages.
Develop and maintain SolidWorks models (SLDPRT/SLDASM), STEP files, DWG drawings, and PDF documentation.
Generate Bills of Materials (BOMs) and provide accurate manufacturing documentation.
Design valve mounting arrangements including ISO 5211 mounting, brackets, couplings, stem extensions, tubing layouts, and accessory placements.
Interpret customer specifications, drawings, and redline markups to provide engineering revisions.
Perform design modifications and revision updates based on customer and manufacturing requirements.
Ensure drawings comply with relevant standards such as API 6D, API 6DX, ISO 5211, and ISO 5210.
Support engineering and manufacturing teams with technical documentation and design clarifications.
Work on various automated valve packages including pneumatic, electric, gas-over-oil, direct gas, gas-hydraulic, and electro-hydraulic systems.
Maintain drawing templates, CAD standards, and documentation quality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-ready engineering outputs within timelines.
