Role & responsibilities

We are looking for an Order Processing Intern to join our operations team on the night shift. This is a

excellent opportunity for freshers to gain hands-on experience in order management and back-end

operations.

Key Responsibilities
Process customer orders accurately and within defined timelines
Verify order details, update systems, and coordinate with relevant teams
Handle order-related documentation and data entry
Flag and escalate discrepancies or delays as needed
Support the team in meeting daily processing targets

Requirements
Currently pursuing or completed graduation/undergraduate studies (any stream)
Comfortable working night shifts
Basic computer literacy (MS Excel, data entry tools)




Willingness to learn and work in a rapid-paced workplace
No prior experience required

Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor's degree (completed or pursuing) in Commerce, Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
Interest in e-commerce and online marketplaces.
Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.
