Key Responsibilities

Multi-Disciplinary Maintenance, Perform maintenance and repairs across multiple systems including:

Electrical wiring, panels, and fixtures. Plumbing systems, pumps, and piping

HVAC systems, air conditioners,



and ventilation, Carpentry, furniture, and woodwork repairs

Appliances, kitchen, and laundry equipment, Respond promptly to guest requests and departmental maintenance issues. Preventive Maintenance. Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on hotel equipment and facilities. Identify potential issues and take corrective actions before they escalate. Maintain accurate logs of preventive maintenance activities
