Role & Responsibilities
Motion Graphics & Creative Development:
Conceptualize and create high-quality motion graphics, animations, and videos for ads, social media, and digital campaigns.
Translate marketing briefs into visually compelling content aligned with brand identity.
Collaborate with design, performance, and content teams to develop engaging creatives.
Video Editing & Post-Production:
Edit raw footage into polished videos for ads, reels, and campaigns.
Add transitions, effects, music, and overlays to enhance storytelling.
Ensure smooth flow, high production quality, and platform-specific optimization.
Content for Performance & Social:
Create high-converting video creatives for Meta ads, reels, and short-form platforms.
Adapt creatives for multiple formats (1:1, 9:16, 16:9) and platforms.
Work closely with the marketing team to iterate based on performance insights.
Innovation & Trend Adaptation:




Stay updated with latest motion design trends, transitions, and editing styles.
Experiment with current formats, effects, and storytelling techniques.
Continuously improve creative quality and engagement.

Key Requirements
Solid expertise in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Positive understanding of video storytelling, pacing, and visual aesthetics.
Experience in creating content for social media and performance marketing.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Bonus
Experience in D2C, e-commerce, or skincare brands.
Basic knowledge of 3D tools like Blender, Cinema 4D, or similar.
Understanding of ad creatives, hooks, and UGC-style content.
