Project Safety Leadership
Lead and manage the overall safety function at the project site, ensuring implementation of company HSE policies and standards.
Provide guidance and direction to all site safety personnel to ensure consistent safety practices across the project.

Implementation of HSE Policies
Ensure effective implementation of Health, Safety Workplace (HSE) policies, procedures, and safety management systems across the project site.
Align project safety practices with corporate safety guidelines under the direction of the Safety Head.

Team Supervision Capability Building
Supervise, mentor, and monitor the performance of site safety officers and safety supervisors.
Ensure regular training, safety briefings, and capability development for site safety teams.

Risk Assessment Hazard Control
Oversee hazard identification, risk assessments, and job safety analyses for all critical project activities.
Ensure implementation of appropriate preventive and corrective safety measures.

Safety Compliance Audits
Ensure compliance with statutory safety regulations, company standards, and project safety requirements.
Conduct and oversee regular safety audits, inspections, and compliance checks across the project site.





Incident Investigation Corrective Actions
Lead investigations into incidents, accidents, and near-miss events at the project site.
Ensure root cause analysis and timely implementation of corrective and preventive actions.

Contractor Safety Management
Monitor and enforce safety compliance among contractors, subcontractors, and vendors operating at the project site.
Ensure contractor teams follow project safety standards and procedures.

Emergency Preparedness
Ensure site readiness for emergency situations through emergency response plans, drills, and safety preparedness programs.

Safety Monitoring Reporting
Track project safety performance metrics and prepare periodic safety reports for the Safety Head and project leadership.
Highlight key risks, trends, and improvement prospects.

Safety Culture Promotion
Promote a proactive safety culture across the project workforce, ensuring adherence to protected work practices and behavioral safety standards.
