Job Description:

As a Data Engineer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain robust data solutions that power analytics and business intelligence across the organization, along with a keen interest in machine learning and AI technologies.

Role & responsibilities:
Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL workflows.
Collect, clean, transform, and manage large volumes of structured and unstructured data.
Collaborate with Data Scientists, Analysts, and Software Engineers to deliver data-driven solutions.
Develop efficient SQL queries and optimize database performance.
Work with cloud platforms and big data technologies for processing and analytics.
Ensure data quality, integrity, security, and reliability across systems.
Assist in automating data workflows and ML model pipelines.





Preferred candidate profile:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related field.
Robust programming skills in Python (preferred), Java, or Scala.
Good understanding of SQL, relational databases, and data modeling concepts.
Basic understanding of machine learning algorithms and the model lifecycle.
Familiarity with libraries/frameworks such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
Knowledge of ETL pipelines and data warehousing concepts.
Exposure to big data tools such as Spark, Hadoop, or Kafka is a plus.
Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Understanding of version control tools like Git.
