Role Overview: We are looking for a highly detail-oriented and analytical IT Executive to join our offshore operations team. This role is not a traditional IT support position. It is a business-critical operations role that focuses on system configuration, reporting, ERP support, and data management to enable smooth day-to-day business functioning.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare, manage, and distribute management reports using Power BI and Excel.
Maintain and update business web portals, including item data, pricing, catalogues, and user access.
Perform ERP-related activities such as bulk amendments, order releases, item creation, and system error resolution (Navision experience is a solid advantage).
Investigate and resolve operational tickets and system-related queries.
Coordinate with the UK stakeholders through meetings and calls.
Ensure accuracy, compliance, and documentation of all system changes.




Provide basic end-user system support and troubleshooting using fundamental networking knowledge.

Requirements
Solid Power BI reporting and dashboard development skills.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, data analysis).
Experience working on ERP systems (Navision experience preferred).
Basic networking knowledge and ability to troubleshoot end-user system issues.
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
Ability to participate in meetings and calls with UK stakeholders.
