Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs.

Ownership & Technical Leadership
Drive architecture and engineering decisions.
Establish engineering best practices, coding standards, and review processes.
Mentor future engineering hires and help shape the company's technical culture.

Scaling & Performance
Optimize APIs, databases, and cloud infrastructure.
Ensure platform scalability, security, and reliability.
Build monitoring, observability, and alerting systems.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor of Technology/Bachelor of Engineering
