Roles and Responsibility
Design and develop high-quality, user-centered design concepts for web and mobile applications.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to communicate design ideas.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and marketing to ensure design consistency and feasibility.
Conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions and improve user experience.
Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and standards for consistent design across products.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in UI/UX design.

Job Requirements




Robust portfolio of UI/UX design work demonstrating creativity and technical proficiency.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively work with diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
Understanding of human-centered design principles, usability testing methods, and accessibility guidelines.
Ability to iterate on designs based on feedback from users, stakeholders, and team members.
Solid problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
