Role & responsibilities
Statutory Compliance: Fulfill all legal duties required under the Metalliferous Mines Regulations (MMR) or Coal Mines Regulations (CMR).
Safety Management: Conduct routine risk assessments, workplace inspections, and enforce DGMS safety guidelines.
Production & Operations: Supervise daily mining and HEMM (Heavy Earth Moving Machinery) operations, drilling, blasting, loading, and transportation.
Resource Management: Optimize workforce and equipment utilization while monitoring mineral recovery and mine development.
