We are looking for an experienced legal qualified to support contract drafting, vetting, negotiation, and contract management.
The role involves drafting, vetting, negotiation of domestic & international agreement in close collaboration with business teams, risk mitigation, and compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
Key Responsibilities :-
Drafting, vetting, and negotiation of various domestic and international agreements
Identifying contractual risks and recommending appropriate safeguards
Ensuring adherence to applicable laws, internal policies, and compliance requirements
Collaborating with internal stakeholders to support commercial and operational objectives
Preferred Profile :-
7 to 12 years of experience in drafting, vetting and negotiation of domestic and international agreements.
LL.B / LL.M from a recognized university.
Excellent communication and writing skills.
