Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of application issues.
Document troubleshooting steps and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
Assist in the implementation of system updates and patches to improve application stability.
Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when needed.
Skilled & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills:
Proficiency in Linux.
Solid understanding of system administration and troubleshooting in Linux environments.
Experience with shell scripting to automate routine tasks and improve efficiency.
Familiarity with monitoring tools and log analysis to detect and diagnose system issues.
Ability to work with various software components and understand their interactions within complex systems.
Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders.
The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Linux.
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
