Bachelor s and/or Master s Degree in Applied Arts / Visual Communication / Fine Arts / Graphic Design (MFA/M.Des preferred)
As per UGC norms for the respective designation
Relevant teaching and/or industry experience in applied/visual arts preferred / PhD preferred

Key Responsibilities
Deliver studio-based and theory courses in Applied Arts and Visual Communication
Teach core subjects such as Typography, Illustration, Advertising Design, Print Media, Branding, and Visual Storytelling
Implement experiential, project-based, and studio-driven learning methodologies
Mentor students under the mentor mentee framework




Contribute to curriculum development and academic innovation aligned with industry practices
Guide students in concept development, design processes, and creative problem-solving
Integrate digital tools, AI in design, and emerging media practices into teaching
Engage in research, exhibitions, publications, and interdisciplinary collaborations
Participate in academic administration, juries, exhibitions, workshops, and institutional initiatives
Facilitate industry interaction, live projects, and portfolio development
