We are looking for an experienced Plant HR Executive to join our Sagar Plant. We are specifically seeking candidates with prior experience in a manufacturing plant setting who can independently manage end-to-end plant HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & onboarding
Attendance, shift & leave management
Payroll coordination
PF, ESI, LWF & statutory compliance
Contractor manpower management
Training & employee engagement
HRMS/HR One updates
Exit formalities & Full & Final settlement
HR documentation and MIS reporting
Manage contractor labor, verify contractor and canteen bills, and maintain related records.
Eligibility:
MBA/PGDM in HR or a related field
35 years of Plant HR experience in a manufacturing company
