Role & responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
Plan, execute, and successfully close signage projects as per client requirements.
Develop detailed project timelines, schedules, and execution strategies.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of all phases.
Stakeholder Coordination
Act as a central point of contact between clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Ensure seamless communication and alignment of project expectations.
Provide regular updates to all stakeholders on project status.
Budget & Cost Management
Manage project budgets to ensure cost-effective execution.
Track expenses and maintain financial control within approved limits.
Site Execution & Supervision
Oversee on-site activities to ensure work is executed as per design and standards.
Ensure proper resource allocation and site readiness for smooth operations.
Safety & Compliance
Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulatory requirements at project sites.
Monitor and enforce safety protocols during project execution.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain comprehensive project documentation including reports, approvals, and records.
Prepare and share regular progress reports with stakeholders and management.
Vendor Management
Manage vendor relationships and evaluate performance.
Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and timelines.
Preferred candidate profile
Experience: Minimum 1 year in project coordination/execution (preferably in signage, construction, or related industry).
Education: Bachelors degree in any stream (B.Tech / MBA preferred but not mandatory).
Proficiency in MS Office and Google Sheets.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel and handle client/vendor coordination.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a rapid-paced workplace.
