Job Description: Director Infosec (Cloud + AI Security)

Location : Gurgaon (Hybrid 3 days WFO)
Responsible for overseeing information security for all digital initiatives of organization (Cloud, Automation, Hyper automation, Analytics, AI etc)
Design and review of end-to-end Technology solution (On-premise / Cloud platform - M365, Azure, AWS), building resilient systems
Responsible for Security of AI Platforms including Generative AI solutions (Internal enterprise AI adoption) as well as new AI solution offerings / applications for clients

.• Provide security recommendations and guidance on technology implementations to Risk / Infosec / EIT leadership.
Managing Oversight on third party risk management
Conduct system risk assessments to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities that could impact IT operations.
In addition, this position will focus on conceptualize, build and deliver existing managed security solutions (MSS) offerings across various cyber security lines of business for organizations existing clients.
Working with MSS team for embedding recent capabilities for MSS practice

Qualifications:
Any Graduate, preferably with B.E/ B.Tech in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).




Experience in designing / architecting security solutions, cloud security, running IT security Ops, Servers and Network platforms, Cloud platform (M365 / Azure / AWS) and Endpoint Security, SOC and incident response, Cyber threat management, Generative AI solutions,
Experience in delivering Security as a service for enterprise clients with a proven track record
Robust knowledge of SOC fundamentals (SOC engineering, SOC operations), Incident response, threat management and cyber crisis response support, Identity and Access management lifecycle, Cloud security, Endpoint, Servers and network device security

Additional information:
Transparent understanding of IT technologies platforms (IT security - Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, Servers, Networks, Database, VPN, Proxy, DLP, Zero Trust, CSPM, Endpoint Security (Desktop / Laptop / Thin clients), Cloud platforms (M365, Azure, AWS), Defender for cloud, etc
Preferred Technical certifications MCSE, CCNA, Certification (Azure, AWS, GCP)
Relevant security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISA, CISM, SANS/ OSCP certified etc).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and lead cross-functional teams during recovery efforts.
