Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced IT & Non-IT Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for both technical and non-technical positions. The ideal candidate should have experience hiring for IT, Manufacturing, Engineering, Automobile, FMCG, Logistics, Healthcare, BFSI, Retail, and other industries. The candidate should be self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working remotely while managing multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
=> Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT & non-IT roles
=> Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and social media
=> Screen resumes and conduct telephonic/video interviews
=> Coordinate with clients/hiring managers to understand manpower requirements
=> Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates and clients
=> Ensure timely closures as per hiring targets and TAT
=>Required Skills & Qualifications:1- 3 years of experience in IT & Non-IT recruitment
=> Positive communication and interpersonal skills
=> Immediate joiners preferred
Compensation & Advantages: INR 10,000 - INR 12,000+ Lubricant Incentive
Office timing: 10am to 7pm
Work-from-home opportunity
Working days: 6 days a week
