Position Summary:
Semi-Qualified Company Secretary (CS) & Legal Professional
MMTC PAMP India Private Limited is seeking a motivated Semi-Qualified Company Secretary and Legal Professional to join its Secretarial Department. This role offers an excellent prospect to gain hands-on exposure to corporate secretarial practice, statutory compliance,
and a broad range of legal matters. The successful candidate will support the Company Secretary across governance, compliance, and documentation activities.
Reporting To: Company Secretary
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in ROC filings and ensure statutory compliance under applicable laws.
Maintain statutory registers and company records accurately and up to date.
Assist in preparing notices, agendas, resolutions, and minutes for Board and Committee meetings.
Support the planning and conduct of Board Meetings, General Meetings, and Committee Meetings.
Liaise with auditors, bankers, and regulatory authorities.
Assist with KYC, banking, and other corporate documentation.
Track compliance deadlines and ensure timely submissions and filings.
Maintain and organize secretarial and legal documents.
Support various legal matters of the company, including drafting, representation, and the application of court procedures.
Skills & Competencies:
-Sound knowledge of the Companies Act, 2013.
-Strong communication, representation and drafting skills.
-Proficiency in MS Office.
-Keen attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
