3 7 years of experience in L2/L3 Application Support or Production Support
Solid experience with Java-based applications
Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud services
Robust SQL skills with PostgreSQL preferred
Excellent debugging, troubleshooting, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
Ability to work independently and quickly learn business domains
Comfortable interacting with onsite teams and business stakeholders
Explorative and analytical mindset
Willingness to work in a hybrid mode from the office
Flexible to work in 1st or 2nd shift (2nd shift starts from 2:00 PM)
Available for support during critical P1/P2 incidents, including weekends if required
