The candidate should be capable of managing multiple projects and change management requests simultaneously and have proven experience handling competing priorities in a critical business environment to support business needs. Additionally, the individual should be skilled in establishing tracking and reporting mechanisms using standard templates for project status and progress reporting.
10+ years of experience in technology delivery, including at least 5+ years in a delivery/technical leadership role.
Strong knowledge of security practices; security certifications such as SSCP (or equivalent) are highly desirable.
Experience in leading/managing the team with positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Coordination with different stakeholders including customer and providing the solutions to the team. The candidate should be problem-solving and analytical. - Identity and Access Management- Experience in IAM technologies- Sailpoint, CyberArk, Ping Identity, Siteinder, Courien, ITIL service management- SAML Application on-boarding experience on Ping Federation.
Knowledge on OAUTH grant type.
Experience in migrating from Old Ping federate version to current ping version

Dev Ops Deployment knowledge for Ping or Ping ID M communication and interpersonal skills
