Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to identify and qualify potential customers, build targeted prospect databases, and support the sales team with high-quality leads. The ideal candidate should have robust research skills, experience using lead generation tools, and the ability to understand customer needs across various industries.

Key Responsibilities
Generate qualified leads based on defined target markets and customer profiles.
Collect and maintain accurate prospect information, including contact details, company information, and decision-makers.
Qualify leads by understanding business needs, budgets, timelines, and buying intent.
Build and manage lead databases within CRM systems.
Conduct email outreach, LinkedIn networking, and cold-calling activities when required.
Track lead generation activities and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Collaborate with Business Development and Sales teams to ensure a smooth lead handover process.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market developments. Ensure data accuracy and compliance with company standards.

Required Skills
Experience in lead generation,

Strong internet research and data mining skills.
Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Lusha, Hunter, or similar prospecting tools.
Working knowledge of CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or Pipedrive.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid analytical and organizational abilities.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.

14 years of experience in lead generation, inside sales, or business development.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Number of qualified leads generated.
Lead-to-chance conversion rate.
Accuracy and completeness of lead data.
Response and engagement rates from outreach campaigns.
CRM data quality and reporting accuracy.

Preferred Experience

B2B lead generation experience.

Experience sourcing decision-makers such as Founders, CEOs, HR Heads, Procurement Managers, and Business Leaders.
