Ability to write and performance optimize SQL queries for MySQL.
Strong work ethic and ability to construct complex projects quickly.

Passion for innovation and adaptability to a lean start up culture.
Excellent ability to communicate with multiple stakeholders.
Good object oriented and database programming skills.
Experience developing websites and applications utilizing Web 2.0 technologies.
Experience of writing positive quality and well-engineered code.
Operates effectively in a rapid-paced, deadline driven, collaborative and iterative programming environment.
