Job Summary
We are looking for a Java Support L2 Engineer with solid L2/L3 application support and development experience. The role involves troubleshooting, debugging, bug fixing, and supporting front-office applications while ensuring system performance, reliability, and stability. The candidate should possess strong coding, debugging, and communication skills and be able to work closely with development teams to resolve production issues.
Key Responsibilities
Provide L2/L3 application support for front-office applications.
Analyze, troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues.
Perform code-level debugging and bug fixing.
Raise and manage incidents, problem tickets, and escalations.
Coordinate with development teams for issue resolution and permanent fixes.
Communicate effectively with users, stakeholders, and management regarding incidents and resolutions.
Support system stability, performance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Mandatory Skills
6+ years of L2/L3 Application Support with development experience.
Solid coding and debugging skills.
Hands-on experience in any Object-Oriented Programming language:
Java (Preferred)
C++
Python
Robust knowledge of testing and debugging.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
Must be willing to complete CoderPad and technical development interviews.
Must be ready to work from the office.
Must be willing to work on weekends and holidays if rostered.
