Key Responsibilities
Review and evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, and best practices.
Compare multiple code responses and identify the most effective solution.
Provide detailed technical feedback to improve LLM coding capabilities.
Create high-quality coding examples and benchmarks.
Collaborate with AI research teams to enhance code generation quality.
Required Skills
3+ years of experience in Java or Python (Python preferred).
Robust understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, and code optimization.
Experience with code reviews and software engineering best practices.
Docker knowledge.
Excellent analytical, communication, and technical writing skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience with AI/LLMs or AI-assisted coding tools.
Knowledge of software architecture and coding standards.
Understanding of Machine Learning or NLP concepts.
Education: BE/B.Tech in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
