Must have pleasant traits during conversation and able to have an objective and focused discussion without overt display of emotions .
Ability to understand multiple products and choose the right script to engage with the customer
Adhere to the Underwriting and Tele verification team deliverables
Ensure 100% verification of all incoming proposals and identify compromised risks.
Ensure that high-risk cases are routed to specific central medical teams for opinion.
Own tickets raised in the system and take to closure within defined TATs
Identify system improvements and bugs and initiate action for accomplishment
