Plan and manage day-to-day production in sheet metal, plating, and assembly.
Ensure adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and cost targets.
Supervise teams across Sheet Metal, welding, buffing, and finishing operations.
Implement lean manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and process optimization.
Monitor material usage, plating quality (MS & SS), and reduce rework/rejections.
Machining knowledge like_ press tools, progressive tools, pneumatic & hydraulic machines, lathe, milling, chamfering).
Ensure safety, machinery upkeep, and compliance with standards.
Drive continuous improvement and develop shop-floor staff.Role & responsibilities
