Experience: 4 to 10 yrs, Capital Goods selling/Anything related to healthcare is preferred

Requisites:
Minimum technical knowledge in electrical, electronics, or mechanical domains.
Robust communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to travel extensively across India as per job requirements.
Experience in payment collection and customer forecasting.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Customer Management
Handle key healthcare customers (current, repeat, and rate contracts).
Build and maintain robust relationships with old, growing, and strategic accounts.
Schedule and proactively conduct quarterly customer meetings.




Must take care of Sales/Deliveries/Service Escalations as a single point of contact.

Sales Operations
Manage customer accounts across PAN India.
Prepare sales presentations (PPTs) for reviews, promotions, and customer engagement.
Collect forecasts from customers and ensure timely deliveries.
Drive payment collection and resolve outstanding issues.

Internal Coordination
Collaborate with factory and operations teams for order booking and smooth deliveries.
Align customer requirements with production and logistics for seamless execution.

Team Leadership
Manage a small team of sales executives as the business grows.
Mentor and develop team members for future expansion.

Future Growth
Scale up capabilities to handle international customer accounts.
Contribute to strategic planning for global healthcare sales expansion.
