Key Responsibilities:
Onboarding - Oversee and manage the onboarding process for current hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
Leaves and Attendance Management - Oversee and manage the leave and attendance systems to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of employee leave balances, attendance records, and approvals.
Policy Management - Ensure that all policies are adhered to and communicated effectively.
HRIS and Data Management - Maintain and manage the HRIS system, ensuring all employee data is accurately entered, updated, and easily accessible.
Exit Management - Lead the exit process ensuring that proper exit interviews are conducted, clearances are completed, and full and final settlement is processed accurately and on time.
Employee Query Management - Serve as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR related queries.
Learning & Development (L&D;) Lead learning and development initiatives by identifying training needs, organizing internal and external training programs,



tracking participation, and supporting employee capability development.
Employee Engagement Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, wellness activities, recognition programs, and culture-building events to foster a positive and inclusive workplace experience.

Skills & Qualifications:
Education - Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 4+ years of experience in HR operations and employee life cycle management.
Attention to Detail - High attention to detail and accuracy in managing employee records, attendance, leave balances, and exit documentation.
Process-Driven - Ability to design, manage, and optimize HR processes related to onboarding, exits, leave management, and HRIS data to ensure smooth operations and a positive employee experience.
