Coordinate with warehouse & logistics for timely dispatches.
Maintain Order, Invoice and Sales documentation.
Coordinate with Finance for account statements, cash discount and payment reconciliation.
Required Candidate profile
Knowledge of order management & invoicing process
Proficient in MS Office & ERP Systems
Prepare regular Sales & MIS Reports
Resolve customer order-related queries & follow up on outstanding Payments
