GT is seeking an experienced Change Management Specialist with a solid background in the mining industry to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with leadership and operational teams to drive the people side of change, ensuring successful adoption of current processes, systems, technologies, and business excellence initiatives. The role requires expertise in change management frameworks, stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and organizational development. This aligns with responsibilities such as developing and executing change initiatives and supporting organizational adoption of change.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead organizational change and transformation initiatives.
Conduct change impact and readiness assessments.
Manage stakeholder engagement and communications.
Facilitate training and change adoption programs.
Monitor change effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
Support governance, reporting, and sustainability of change.
Qualifications:
Must be an MBA or Postgraduate in Sociology, Psychology, Personnel Management, HR, Strategy & Leadership (full time).
Minimum of 7 Years of Total Work experience.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in change management.
