Key Responsibilities:
Source IT BFSI profiles through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals.
Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, and client requirements.
Coordinate interviews and maintain regular follow-ups with candidates.
Interact with clients to understand hiring needs and provide timely updates.
Build and maintain a solid pipeline of quality candidates.
Ensure timely closure of open positions.
