Job Description:

EHS Consultant:
Conduct Setting, Health & Safety (EHS) audits, inspections, legal compliance assessments, and risk assessments across various industries.
Execute EHS consulting assignments, including Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment (HIRA), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), legal compliance assessments, and EHS Management System implementation.
Develop EHS policies, standards, procedures, manuals, risk registers, and other technical documentation.
Prepare high-quality technical reports, audit reports, proposals, and other client deliverables.
Deliver EHS training programmes, workshops, and awareness sessions for client organizations.
Provide technical support on Workplace, Health, Safety, Sustainability & Social (EHSS&S;) consulting projects.
Support clients in complying with applicable statutory, regulatory, and international EHS requirements.
Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements,



conduct site visits, and recommend practical EHS solutions.
Support Sustainability, ESG, Environmental, and Social consulting assignments, as required.
Collaborate with internal project teams to ensure timely, high-quality project execution.
Build and maintain solid client relationships through effective communication and technical excellence.
Travel to client locations across India and overseas, as required, for project execution.
Continuously enhance technical knowledge and stay updated with applicable legislation, industry standards, and emerging best practices.
Added advantage: Experience in ESDD/ESGDD assignments based on the IFC Performance Standards (IFC PS) and other international sustainability frameworks.
