About the Position

We are seeking a qualified and passionate Faculty Member for Food & Beverage (F&B;) Operations in our Hotel Management department. The candidate will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students in all aspects of food and beverage service, including restaurant operations, in-room dining, kitchen coordination, and banquet management, while preparing them for successful careers in the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities
Teach theory and practical courses related to Food & Beverage Operations.
Train students in restaurant service, banquet operations, room service, and hospitality standards.
Conduct practical demonstrations, laboratory sessions, and workshops.
Develop lesson plans, course materials, assessments, and industry-relevant learning activities.
Guide students in projects, internships, industrial training, and placements.
Maintain training restaurants, service labs, and related facilities.
Evaluate student performance and provide academic mentoring.




Stay updated with hospitality industry trends and incorporate best practices into teaching.
Participate in curriculum development, accreditation activities, and departmental initiatives.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management/Hospitality Management (Master's degree preferred).
Relevant industry experience in Food & Beverage Operations within hotels, resorts, restaurants, or hospitality establishments.
Prior teaching or training experience is preferred.
Robust knowledge of restaurant service, banquet operations, in-room dining, and hospitality standards.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills
Industry certifications in hospitality or food & beverage service.
Experience in curriculum design and student mentoring.
Solid practical training and demonstration abilities.
Passion for academic excellence and student development.
