What You'll Do:.
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene across all patient care areas, including Wards, ICUs, OPDs, public areas, and back-of-house, in line with hospital standards.
Supervise housekeeping operations, monitor cleaning schedules, conduct regular rounds, and ensure timely resolution of service requests and complaints.
Manage laundry operations by ensuring uninterrupted linen supply, inventory control, and timely replacement of damaged linen.
Coordinate hospital transport services, ensuring vehicle availability, proper utilization, maintenance, servicing, and statutory compliance.




Oversee hospital security operations to provide a protected and secure setting for patients, visitors, staff, and hospital assets.
Ensure hygienic preparation and timely distribution of food for patients and staff while monitoring food quality and raw material availability.
Coordinate pest control activities and ensure proper maintenance of hospital gardens, landscapes, and green areas.
Maintain departmental records, inventories, vehicle logbooks, service reports, and other operational documentation as per hospital guidelines.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, SOPs, quality standards, infection control practices, statutory regulations, and accreditation requirements.
Monitor departmental service quality and patient satisfaction indicators, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous service improvement.
Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors for smooth execution of support service activities.
Train, guide, and supervise support staff, conduct regular briefings, and ensure adherence to operational standards.
