Working with clients/agents, itinerary planning and costing
Responsible for handling inbound tour operations
Giving and managing bookings to hotels/airlines/transporters/local guides etc.
Keeping in regular touch with partners and service providers to ensure smooth operation of files.
Customer service interaction before, during and after file operations.
