We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Executive- Talent Acquisition to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related field.
Roles and Responsibility
Promote the organization's image as a desirable place to work.
Attract, recruit, screen, and interview candidates.
Recommend placement of internal and external candidates for entry-level and experienced positions.
Refer applicants, administer pre-employment tests, check references, conduct exit interviews for candidates declining offers, and provide feedback to unsuccessful candidates.
Assist with job advertising and posting.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet business needs.
Job Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related field.
Solid knowledge of recruitment principles, practices, and techniques.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Robust analytical and organizational skills.
Experience with recruitment software and tools.
A skilled/university degree is required.
