Develop and prepare accurate and timely Management Information System (MIS) reports for internal review.

Analysed financial data and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.

Ensure reports align with company goals and financial standards.

Budget Compilation

Coordinate with departments for annual budget planning and consolidation.

Monitor actual vs. budgeted performance and provide variance analysis.

Support management in financial forecasting and planning.

Balance Sheet Preparation for Audit

Prepare detailed balance sheet schedules and ensure completeness and accuracy.

Collaborate with the audit team during statutory and internal audits.

Address audit queries and provide supporting documentation.

Liaison with Statutory & Internal Auditors

Coordinate audit schedules and facilitate auditor requirements.

Ensure timely closure of audit observations and compliance with regulatory standards.





Maintain proper documentation for all audit processes.

Asset Capitalization & Depreciation Schedule Management

Oversee capitalization of fixed assets as per accounting standards.

Maintain and update the fixed asset register.

Calculate and review monthly/annual depreciation schedules.

Trial Balance & Ledger Scrutiny

Prepare and review the trial balance to ensure ledger accuracy.

Conduct regular ledger scrutiny to identify and correct anomalies.

Ensure proper classification and posting of accounting entries.

Tax Audit Compliance

Prepare financial statements and documentation required for tax audits.

Liaise with tax consultants and auditors to ensure timely and accurate filings.

Ensure compliance with applicable tax laws and reporting requirements
