The Warehouse Executive is responsible for managing daily warehouse operations, ensuring accurate inventory control, timely receipt and dispatch of materials, and maintaining a protected and organized warehouse setting. The role requires coordination with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams to ensure effective material flow and stock accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and shipments.
Ensure proper storage and handling of inventory according to company standards.
Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/WMS systems.
Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts.
Coordinate order picking, packing, and dispatch activities.
Monitor stock levels and report shortages or excess inventory.
Prepare warehouse and logistics reports as required.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and housekeeping standards.
Coordinate with procurement, production, and transportation teams.
Handle documentation related to inward and outward movements.
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse operations.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
15 years of experience in warehouse, inventory, or logistics operations.
Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP software (SAP, Oracle, etc.) is preferred.
Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory reporting.
