Position: Factory Head / Plant Manager

Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily factory operations and manage production across all shifts.
Plan, schedule, and monitor production to meet quality and delivery targets.
Lead and manage engineers, supervisors, and production teams for productive operations.
Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, and resources while minimizing downtime.
Monitor production records, KPIs, and implement process improvements.
Coordinate with maintenance, quality, stores, and dispatch teams for smooth workflow.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards.

Required Skills
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (MBA is a plus).




4+ years of manufacturing experience with leadership/plant management experience.
Robust knowledge of production planning, factory operations, and team management.
Valuable understanding of quality systems, preventive maintenance, and process improvement.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel/ERP systems; experience in building materials or similar manufacturing industries preferred.Role & responsibilities
